By creating an account or accessing the HCRH platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of an institution or employer, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

HCRH provides a comprehensive suite of tools for healthcare professionals, including:

• AI-powered CV analysis and coaching.
• Career Readiness scoring and tracking via the HCRM™ methodology.
• Evidence portfolio management using the CARE framework.
• AI Mentor coaching for clinical interview preparation.
• Application tracking and outcome analytics.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services. By using HCRH, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal right and ability to enter into these Terms and to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify HCRH immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. HCRH cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is paramount. We handle all clinical and personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of HCRH and its licensors. The HCRM™ methodology and Readiness Passport are proprietary to HCRH. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Service in any medium.
• Using automated systems, including bots or scrapers, to access the Service.
• Attempting to interfere with the system integrity or security.
• Uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other harmful software.
• Impersonating another healthcare professional or institution.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason including a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
